Being from Brazil, she missed a lot of the
delicacies and sweets she used to enjoy. The pastry chef spends hours in the
kitchen creating new, different flavors to keep her reputation as a truly
unique truffle source. And what makes The Sweet Brigadier's truffles so unique
is definitely the exotic flavors: Sea salt caramel, ginger, Dulce de Leche with
coconut, red pepper, Port Wine, almond, chocolate and mint, wasabi… you name
it! People
from all over Utah discovered The Sweet Brigadier
when Marcela started selling the truffles at the local Sunday markets in the
historic Main Street in Park City, and the truffles sold out every weekend. So, why not open an online bakery that sells Brazilian delicacies? Why not,
indeed--> a favorite attitude of mine...
